The Chaaye Khana essentially a Tea House was commissioned by a restaurateur to the Architecture-interior Design Firm CITE: The interior was first undertaken Associates a bohemian tea- house concept; an apposite response to scores of coffee houses and cafe’s that have sprung all over Islamabad and are immensely popular with the younger generation. it was envisioned a “tea-house” that would be contented for a mature audience, but fortuitously has been thronged by the younger generation as well.
